WeWork India Secures ₹475.49 Crore Managed Office Deal with TMUS India in Hyderabad.

WeWork India has signed a major managed office agreement with TMUS India, reinforcing its expansion strategy in Hyderabad. The agreement covers a total workspace area of approximately 250,348 square feet, comprising 1,507 workstations spread across five floors at Phoenix H10. The 60-month contract, with a committed tenure of 42 months, is valued at around ₹475.49 crore, excluding taxes. Under this managed office model, WeWork India will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and ongoing management of the workspace, ensuring a premium and flexible office experience tailored to TMUS India’s operational needs. The project is scheduled for completion by May 2026. It follows WeWork India’s earlier January 2026 announcement of a lease at the same property to add nearly 3,300 desks to its Hyderabad portfolio, underscoring the city’s growing demand for large-scale managed offices.
