India’s Listed REITs Distribute ₹2,566 Crore to Unitholders in Q4 FY26.
India’s five listed real estate investment trusts (REITs) distributed more than ₹2,566 crore to over 4.25 lakh unitholders during the quarter ended March 31, 2026, according to the Indian REITs Association. For the full financial year FY26, cumulative distributions by these REITs crossed ₹8,900 crore, reflecting robust growth in the sector. The five listed REITs—Brookfield India Real Estate Trust, Embassy Office Parks REIT, Knowledge Realty Trust, Mindspace Business Parks REIT, and Nexus Select Trust—together manage over 187 million sq ft of Grade A office and retail assets across India. As of Q4 FY26, the sector’s gross asset value exceeded ₹2.72 lakh crore, while market capitalisation stood above ₹1.70 lakh crore. Alok Aggarwal, chairperson of the association, said FY26 distributions grew over 50% year-on-year, supported by strong asset performance and market expansion.
