The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has attached assets worth ₹94.82 crore of Sidhartha Buildhome under.

The Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). The attached properties include land parcels, a residential house, and a commercial building in Gurugram. The case originates from FIRs filed by the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Delhi Police based on complaints from homebuyers of SBPL projects—Estella and NCR One. The company allegedly failed to deliver homes despite collecting ₹520 crore from over 950 buyers. ED claims that promoter Sidharth Chauhan diverted these funds to group companies as unsecured loans instead of completing the projects. The company has not responded to the allegations. The case highlights financial mismanagement in the real estate sector.
